Stony Point offers more than a dozen indoor and outdoor meeting spaces for 10 to 200 people. Most of our rooms are fully accessible for people with disabilities. All rooms except the Meditation Space have wireless Internet access. Audiovisual equipment, photocopying and fax are also available. Meeting spaces are described below.
Evergreen is our main building and so has a variety of conference spaces all under one roof (along with our dining hall and offices).
Conference Room B (seats 30) is adjacent to Conference Room A (seats 60-100). When the two spaces are combined, we can seat up to 225 theater style.
Our Auditorium (seats 150) is often used for worship space. Bring decorations to dress it for your style of worship.
Seminar 1 (The Living Room) is a small group conversation space for up to 15 people.
Seminars 2 and 3 can be used separately for 15 people each or combined to seat 30.
Maple Conference Facility
Maple is one of our lodges and contains 3 wings of accommodations and 4 conference spaces.

Gilmor Sloane House
The Gilmor Sloane House has accommodations upstairs and a variety of meeting spaces downstairs.

The Allison House is off campus and therefore tends to be used by smaller groups. There are accommodations in the upstairs with meeting spaces and a kitchen downstairs.
The living room as a meeting space can comfortably seat 15 to 18 and is adjacent to a large dining room.
The Art Space at Stony Point is a new facility. There are pottery, fiber arts, and woodworking studios, as well as a Gallery and Great Room. The Great Room is ideal for quilters, scrapbookers, painters, weavers, puppet makers - it is bright and open, with skylights and lots of windows. The studios can be used for a number of different things: paper making, dyeing, collage, pottery. It is handicapped accessible.
