This week's Salon features a special look at some living history.

Joyce Bressler, a resident of the Community of Living Traditions, will present the DVD version of a slide show she helped produce and distribute as an organizing tool in Vermont in the 1970's. It was one of the things used to develop the message of economic inequality that resonates today with Bernie Sanders campaign for President. Discussion to follow, linking it to organizing today in rural America and beyond.

Salons are informal gatherings that CLT members organize to develop our thinking and knowledge. They can be "programmed" or "unprogrammed" or anywhere in between. Sometimes they involve a guest speaker, a reading or a video. They usually take place on Thursday evening at 7:15pm in the CLBSJ building.
