Stony Point offers over a dozen indoor and outdoor meeting spaces for 10 to 200 people. Most are fully accessible for people with disabilities.
Evergreen Conference Rooms
Six+ Spaces for Meetings, Performances and Small Gatherings
The Evergreen building houses a variety of meeting rooms, including an expansive conference room that can be subdivided and a large auditorium with excellent acoustics. The Stony Point Dining Hall is also housed in this building, as is most of our administrative offices. All rooms are wheelchair accessible.
Maple Lodge Conference Rooms
Two Conference Rooms & One Break-Out Room
At the center of the three guest room wings of Maple Lodge lie two conference rooms and a break-out room (with ping-pong table). These rooms are all wheelchair accessible.
Conference Room A has a wall of windows on one side and hardwood floors. Conference Room B is flanked by windows on each side and is carpeted. The break-out room is attached to Conference Room B and is great for more intimate gatherings.

Art & Meditation Spaces
Five Unique Spaces for Meetings, Meditation, Yoga, Art-Making….
At Stony Point Center, we believe that there are many ways to be in touch with our Creator: Through our own creativity and by listening to that still small voice within. To this end, we are grateful to be able to offer a beautifully unique Meditation Space and four rooms in the beautifully crafted Art Space.
Gimor Sloane House Meeting Spaces
Two Dining Rooms and Two Parlors and More
There are many unconventional ways for small groups to gather in and around the Gilmor Sloane House. From the large dining room that seats 24 to the wrap-around porch for more informal gatherings. There is also a pergola and a solarium, along with another dining room and two parlors.
The House’s meeting spaces are generally booked by the group staying within the rooms there. Day groups also enjoy using the house.
