Lodging check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 am. Pre-arranged alternate times for meeting spaces may be allowed, but guests should vacate their sleeping rooms by 10:00 am to allow for housekeeping to prepare their room for the next guest.

Smoking/vaping is not permitted inside any of the facilities. Smoking/vaping is allowed only in designated outside areas (containers are provided in these locations). Candles may be used only under supervision in Evergreen meeting spaces and in the Meditation Space. Please no candles, incense, smudging, or vaping in Allison House, Gilmor Sloane House, or the Lodges as the fire alarm system will trigger a false alarm and costs from the fire department will be passed through to the guest group.

Quiet time is observed from 11:00 pm - 7:00 am.

Alcohol may be consumed in meeting spaces. Please adhere to quiet times out of respect for other guests and volunteer staff in residence. There is no alcohol allowed in the Evergreen dining room during meal times.

Guests may not bring pets.

Laundry facilities are not for guest use. For extended stays, laundry facilities may be used for a fee to be arranged prior to the group visit.

Meal times are as posted. Please be prompt at scheduled meal times, serving line is open for the entire meal.  Please return your used dishes to the dishroom and assist with composting.  Changes to posted mealtimes may be requested two weeks prior to your event, and are at the discretion of management. SPC will charge $50 per 1/2 hour for meal times outside normal operating hours.

Outside catered food is not allowed on premises. Please notify the Guest Services Manager if you plan to have snacks in your meeting space. Tablecloths may be ordered for an additional fee. We ask that guests do not leave food out overnight. The dining room may be used off hours for snacks and receptions for $100 cleaning fee.

Be aware that your group may not be the only one using the facility. Monitor the volume of speaker systems and noise levels in all meeting rooms and guest areas so that your activities will not interfere with another program.

Coffee and tea are available in the Evergreen dining room from 6:30 am until 7:00 pm. Coffee service may be ordered for your meeting area two weeks prior to your event for an additional fee.

Meeting rooms and common spaces must be returned to original condition. Stony Point Center reserves the right to charge for extra cleaning, and guests will be charged for damage that occurs to furniture, carpets and equipment.

At check-out, participants should return their keys to the Front Desk.
