Lodging check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 am.

Pre-arranged alternate times for meeting spaces may be arranged, but guests should

vacate their sleeping rooms by 10:00 am to allow for housekeeping to prepare the room

for the next guest.

At check-out, participants should return their keys to the Front Desk.

Smoking/vaping is not permitted inside any of the facilities. Smoking/vaping is allowed

only in designated outside areas (containers are provided in these locations).

Candles may be used only under supervision in Evergreen meeting spaces and in the Meditation Space.

No candles, incense, smudging, or vaping in Allison House, Gilmor Sloane House, or

the Lodges as the sensitive fire alarm system will trigger a false alarm and costs from

the fire department will be passed through to the guest group.

Quiet time is observed from 11:00 pm - 7:00 am, both outside and inside our buildings.

We ask guests using the firepit to be especially mindful of how voices carry to neighbors

and other guests.

Guests may not bring pets. Please inform us if a guest intends to bring a service animal.

Laundry facilities are not intended for guest group use. For extended stays, laundry

facilities may be used for a fee to be arranged prior to the group visit.

We provide sheets, towels and bar soap.  Our housekeeping staff will offer fresh towels

every other day during your stay.  Hairdryers and Irons are available upon request.

For guests staying the lodges, we recommend bringing shower shoes, slippers or sliders and a bathrobe.

Food Service

Alcohol may be consumed in meeting spaces. Please adhere to quiet times out of

respect for other guests and volunteer staff in residence. There is no alcohol allowed in

the Evergreen dining room during meal times.

Outside catered food is not allowed on premises. Please notify the Guest Services

Manager if you plan to bring snacks to enjoy in your meeting space. Tablecloths may be

ordered for an additional fee. We ask that guests do not leave food out overnight. We

reserve the right to charge a cleanup fee for snacks consumed in the meeting spaces

that are not provided by Stony Point Center. The dining room may be used off hours for

snacks and receptions for $100 cleaning fee.

Meal times are the following :

Breakfast 8:00 am - 9:00 am, Lunch 12:00 - 1:00 pm, Dinner 6:00-7:00 pm (to 8:00 pm on Fridays)

Changes to posted mealtimes may be requested two weeks prior to your event, and are

at the discretion of management. SPC will charge $50 per 1/2 hour for meal times

outside normal operating hours.

Serving line is open for the entire meal time. Please return your used dishes to the dish

room and assist with composting.

Coffee and tea are available in the Evergreen dining room from 6:30 am until 7:00 pm.

Coffee service may be ordered for your meeting area two weeks prior to your event for

an additional fee.

Guests are encouraged to bring reusable water bottles and/or a reusable mug for hot drinks.

Water coolers are in most meeting spaces, and we discourage the use of paper cups (wax used on cups prohibits them from being composted).

Meeting Spaces

Be aware that your group may not be the only one using the facility. Monitor the volume

of speaker systems and noise levels in all meeting rooms and guest areas so that your

activities will not interfere with another program. Be mindful of hallway conversations

that may intrude on gatherings in the meeting spaces.

Our commitment is to stretch to support your needs. When using your own equipment

with our sound systems, we ask that the presenter arrive one hour in advance of the

event and we will be happy to setup and troubleshoot your equipment. It puts us in a

difficult position when guests are seated and waiting and we are working on your (what

may be unfamiliar to our techs) equipment.

Meeting rooms and common spaces must be returned to original condition. Stony Point

Center reserves the right to charge for extra cleaning, and guests will be charged for

damage that occurs to furniture, carpets and equipment.

Your main point of contact while on campus will be with our front desk staff. They are

happy to make copies for you with minimal charges. If it is a large print job, we ask that

you allow additional time.

The firepit may be booked for specific times during your stay with the Guest Services Manager.
