About SPC Programs
Stony Point Center is launching three types of programs within the coming one to two years. Each program type is based on the inspiring history of this place, the meaningful work that has been done here, and the work we strive to continue to do in this shared, struggling world of ours. We are also continuing to offer a space for Sojourners on their own missions and in need of respite.

In Matthew 25, Jesus lays out a vision of what it looks like to, in the words of Martin Luther King, Jr., “bend the arc of history towards justice.” The Presbyterian Church, U.S.A. (PCUSA) has used the precepts of Matthew 25 to focus their efforts. As the only wholly owned and operated national center of the PCUSA, Stony Point Center will periodically host events, gatherings and trainings designed to gather folks in person to dismantle of institutional racism, irradicate systemic poverty, equip vital congregations, advance anti-militarism, work to address climate change, and champion gender justice and an end to hetro-patriarchy. Quite a long (and incomplete) list of societal ills and injustices, we stand with those who are marginalized and oppressed and work for the reconciliation of the world. Gatherings such as these will equip participants for tangible and impactful action.
