In Partnership with The Chiron Project
A 3 Session Online Workshop: May 20th, 27th and June 3rd
-
Many people today feel deeply aware of injustice and social problems, but are unsure what to do about it. You might feel overwhelmed by the scale of the issues, uncertain whether your efforts would make a difference, or exhausted from trying to do too much without a clear path forward.
This three-part workshop series is designed to help you slow down, reflect, and reconnect with your ability to contribute in meaningful ways. Together, we’ll explore the strengths and boundaries that shape your social power, look at how individual efforts connect to larger organizing and social justice movements, and begin (re)designing a personal approach to social impact that is both intentional and sustainable.

3 Online Sessions on Wednesday Evenings at 6PM
Workshop 1: Affirming the Organizer You Already Are
May 20th, 2026 – 6PM
Exploring Your Social Power, Strengths, and Boundaries
You don’t have to become someone else to contribute to social change. In this workshop, you’ll reflect on the relationships, knowledge, and resources that shape your social power, while also naming the boundaries that help you participate sustainably. We’ll explore how who you already are—and the life you’re living—can shape the way you engage in organizing and social change.
Workshop 2: What Does Your Community Need?
May 27th, 2026 – 6PM
Aligning Your Efforts with Collective Action
Many people want to contribute to social change but aren’t always sure what communities actually need from them. In this workshop, we’ll explore the kinds of conditions and practices that help anti-oppressive communities grow—such as empowerment, multiculturalism, and compassion. You’ll begin thinking about how your social power and personality might align with the work that supports inclusive, justice-oriented communities.
Workshop 3: Designing Your Personal Strategy for Social Impact
May 27th, 2026 – 6PM
A Community Coaching Session for Sustainable Organizing
There are many ways to contribute to social change, and the most effective approach is one that fits your strengths, values, and boundaries. In this interactive coaching session, you’ll have the opportunity to explore questions about where you fit into organizing efforts and what your next steps might be. Together, we’ll think through real possibilities for contributing in ways that are both impactful and sustainable.
Zoom links will be sent a few days before session one
