Conference Rooms A+B or A and B 

Evergreen is our main building, with a variety of conference spaces all under one roof. Conference Rooms A and B are located down the main hallway to the right. Each has large windows on one side, vaulted ceilings and carpet underfoot. Audio-visual equipment set-up will be ready per your request. The updated mid-century vibe of the space brings authentic charm to the space and the meetings held within it.

The folding wall between A and B can be closed to create two separate spaces.

Conference Room A

Max Capacity: 100 | Square Foot: 1,600

Deep and wide, this room works well for a large group to gather together. Large sliding glass doors connect it to the outdoors.

Conference Room B

Max Capacity: 30 | Square Foot: 875

Long and narrow, this space is great for circular table arrangements and sliding doors connect it to outside.

The auditorium in the Evergreen building, right at the entrance of the Stony Point Center campus, is one of our largest indoor meeting spaces. With  2,000 square feet and a maximum capacity of 150 people and no fixed seating, the uses for this room are incalculable.

The acoustics are excellent. There is a small stage up front. Windows line both the side walls. Room set-up can be as creative as you’d like it to be. This room has hosted everything from concerts to worship services to guitar workshops sitting in a circle of chairs. The indirect lighting creates a pleasant atmosphere in the evening. Spotlights facing the small stage plus audio-visual equipment ready for your use give you lots of options with which to work.

The break-out rooms in the Evergreen building are located just  before the entrance to the Stony Point Center auditorium. Officially called our “seminar rooms,” these spaces are also perfect break-out rooms for larger meetings. They’ve been used for everything from small group gathering rooms and even as green rooms for performers in the auditorium. With  30 square feet in each (combined to 60 in 2 & 3 when partition is open) plus and a maximum capacity of 15 people per room, these are very flexible spaces. One has a permanent whiteboard and two others have chalkboards installed.

Windows line one side of the walls. Room set-up can be whatever youneed. Simple, clean and with a bit of authentic retro cool to them, these rooms invite discussion, encourage comfort and inspire creative thought.
